The entertainment industry is preparing to witness history as Misty Blanco, Founder and CEO of The Misty TV Firm Corporation and creator of the Melodic Bop music genre, introduces the world’s first-ever MET Gala of MicDrops—I D’USSÉ THE FINAL NOTE.
Taking place November 1–2, 2026, this inaugural Creative Arts Conference is an exclusive collaboration between The Misty TV Firm Corporation, ROC Solid Podcast, D’USSÉ Mafia, and Roc Nation, bringing together fashion, music, media, visual arts, dance, business, entrepreneurship, and education in a way never before experienced.

Unlike a traditional awards show, fashion week, or music festival, I D’USSÉ THE FINAL NOTE – The MET Gala of MicDrops introduces a completely new concept to the entertainment industry. Every featured artist, entrepreneur, designer, performer, visual artist, model, and creative professional receives their own MicDrop—a signature moment designed to celebrate excellence, transformation, and artistic expression.
This is more than an event. It is a movement.

Styled with the elegance and exclusivity of a Met Gala while embracing the energy of live performance and creative storytelling, the conference creates an environment where established icons stand alongside tomorrow’s stars.
Attendance is strictly by invitation only.
There are no public ticket sales. Those invited will experience something that cannot be explained—it must be witnessed.
One of the most historic moments of the inaugural conference will be the presentation of the Living Legend Honorary Award to Mr. John Blassingame, recognizing more than five decades of extraordinary contributions to fashion, media, publishing, and entertainment.
Throughout his remarkable career, Mr. Blassingame has helped create opportunities for countless fashion designers, models, photographers, publishers, actors, actresses, stylists, entrepreneurs, and media professionals. His influence has extended through major publications including Black Men Magazine, Today’s Black Woman, Hype Hair Magazine, Sheen Magazine, Don Diva Magazine, Upscale Magazine, Network Journal, Straight Stuntin Magazine, FEZ Magazine, Cool America Magazine, Amarta Magazine, and numerous other publications that have shaped Black media and culture.
Honoring Mr. Blassingame during the very first MET Gala of MicDrops establishes a new tradition of celebrating the pioneers whose vision opened doors for generations of creative professionals.
Throughout the weekend, guests will experience celebrity editorial productions led by Nikon Don, one of the event’s featured celebrity photographers, capturing exclusive magazine-quality imagery throughout the conference.

Internationally recognized visual artist J Co Barie will unveil her exclusive Masterpiece Edition, transforming live visual art into an immersive experience where creativity becomes performance.
Dance culture will also take center stage as Kid Pat, Quisy, Who Is Lantern, and A.S.A. present “The Art of Dance: A Lite Feet Masterpiece,” celebrating one of New York City’s most influential dance movements through a theatrical MicDrop performance.
Featured MicDrop artists include Tax G and Cassidy, while Raja, one of The Misty TV Firm Corporation’s charting R&B artists, will perform alongside WHYTE Tony, who will make his official Misty TV performance debut.
Closing the evening will be Misty Blanco herself, presenting the highly anticipated Picasso Edition, a groundbreaking performance showcasing her signature Melodic Bop sound—a genre she created by blending musical storytelling, emotion, rhythm, and artistic innovation into a new form of entertainment.
Fashion will remain at the heart of the conference as designer brands showcase exclusive collections accompanied by celebrity makeup artist Roselita Acevado and her professional glam squad. The event will also introduce rising talent, including featured model Taccara, alongside additional models, entrepreneurs, executives, investors, business professionals, content creators, media personalities, and creative visionaries from around the country.
Music throughout the conference will be curated by DJ Wigg, also known as “Blaque Lion” of D’USSÉ Mafia, with appearances from Opportunity Knox Radio, Bowlson Gang Investors (BGI), and numerous media outlets, podcasts, publications, and streaming platforms covering this historic occasion.
Capturing every unforgettable moment will be Salt & Light, the official production team of The Misty TV Firm Corporation. Salt & Light will provide exclusive cinematic coverage, behind-the-scenes documentaries, artist interviews, fashion editorials, red carpet arrivals, live performances, and historic moments throughout the conference. Their production will preserve the legacy of the inaugural MET Gala of MicDrops, documenting the artistry, collaboration, and cultural significance of this groundbreaking event for future generations.
Beyond luxury and entertainment, I D’USSÉ THE FINAL NOTE carries a mission to give back.

Through the Misty TV University Foundation, the conference will launch its inaugural HBCU Seed Initiative, supporting Pensole Lewis College of Business and Design in Detroit, Michigan.
Originally founded in 1928 as Lewis College of Business by Dr. Violet T. Lewis, the institution closed before being successfully revived in 2021 under the leadership of renowned footwear designer Dr. D’Wayne Edwards, becoming the first Historically Black College and University in American history to reopen after closing. Today, Pensole Lewis College stands as the nation’s only design-focused HBCU, preparing students for careers in footwear, apparel, fashion, design, business, media, communications, and creative innovation.
A portion of sponsorships and designated donations raised during the conference will help support educational opportunities through this historic institution, ensuring that future artists, designers, musicians, media professionals, and entrepreneurs have access to resources that help transform talent into successful careers.
This commitment reflects the core mission of The Misty TV Firm Corporation—using entertainment as a platform to educate, inspire, empower, and invest in future generations through the principles of Melodic Bop Edutainment.
I D’USSÉ THE FINAL NOTE – The MET Gala of MicDrops is not simply introducing another event.
It is introducing an entirely new category of entertainment.

A place where fashion becomes performance.
Where visual art becomes conversation.
Where dance becomes storytelling.
Where business becomes opportunity.
Where music becomes transformation.
Where legacy meets the future.
On November 1–2, 2026, history will be written.
Those invited won’t simply attend—they will witness the birth of a new cultural institution.
